Very easy to assemble. I assembled this alone and it took less than 2 hours. Surprisingly very sturdy! About a foot of space underneath for storage, which came in handy due to my decreased amount of closet space. Overall, Im proud of this buy. Nice quality, easy too assemble, looks nice.
frame is true to product measurements (should have double checked before ordering) but based off the product images i assumed the mattress would sit fully on top of the frame (no metal showing around the edges). returning for a frame with a smaller footprint. ordered a queen frame for my queen mattress.

I would recommend purchasing a 14 BED SKIRT for this bed instead of a 16 though. We bought a 16 and then it was still dragging on the floor an inch which may be what youre going for, but it was a drag to vacuum around it.
