Overall look is nice. Very easy to put together. Was disappointed that the bottom of the storage area was cardboard, so cant put anything substantial in there. Also the top of the front piece, just under the pull up lid is unfinished. Ill find some clear to touch it up with, but it was a significant disappointment.
Easy to put together - maybe ten minutes by myself. Much smaller than I imagined. It wasnt missing any parts - but the corner of the flip down top was chipped. Nice bright white chip that I see everything I walk by it. I realize I am not buying top of the line furniture, but it should at least not be damaged out of the box.

Will try coloring over with a black wood marker. Overall I like the look of it and the size for the space I needed it in. Super easy to put together.
I really didnt know what to expect when I ordered this table. Boy! was I surprised. Not one bit of damage. The hinge is strong. I really dont know what the bad reviews are about? If I needed another one I would buy again. all wood except for the bottom of drawer. No tags on the wood.
Two of us put this together pretty quickly with a couple power tools. Its sturdy and the surface has a satiny sheen. All of the crap laying around like hair ties and glasses and remotes fit nicely inside. Just keeps the living room looking nicer.
My only con for it is its a bit fragile on the surface paint. The first time I opened the hatch I didnt realize it was going to fly open with no resistance and smash onto itself. This actually dented the back corner where the front of the hatch top rests when its open. The other scratched picture is from what must have happened when we were putting it together. I checked the pieces when I opened it and they looked fine, but the small scratch was there after assembly. Other than that weve had used it for quite a while now with no other injuries to it. It holds a metal Kleenex container and often a cup of water such. Still looks nice
Just be gentle with the surface and be prepared to open the hatch gently!

Assembly was a challenge, make sure you have a long thin Phillips screwdriver.
