Water plus ground coffee, this thing is small. I think for a single serve, I would not get anything smaller than 15 or 17 oz. However, the product appears to be very well made, and I do like it.
Its the perfect size for me to have a cup of coffee, then later refresh it with about half as much coffee. It is really cute and well made, though the lid is really loose, so you have to put your finger on it to keep it from flopping forward and spilling coffee ( did that the first time) I also felt that the coffee poured too slowly through the strainer part of the lid, so being a diyer, I cut the strainer parts out, left the outter part, and now it pours just the way I want it to!
Bought this to replace an old press that broke. This set is very nice, easy to clean and is quite attractive. No problems at all. I use it at least daily. Makes delicious brew!!
Had to buy a new one because I cracked the. Glass of my old one. This press is perfect size for my morning coffee. Unlike most other French presses, the glass does not come loose from the holderneither pro nor con. But the big con is the awkward way to unscrew the filer for cleaning.

I like this coffee maker. Its a very cute design. My coffee does stay fresh for about two weeks in the fridge. Its very easy to use.
