Sturdy (my boyfriend can sit on It no problem), sooo beautiful and soft velvet feeling. Super lightweight i could carry it in myself. There is also small storage underneath with a zipper that looks like It can maybe fit a small throw blanket. But best of all it looks amazing in my room ️
I love the look of it and feel of it I had a defected one where I was cleaning it and 2 buttons came off unfortunately. I stoped cleaning it before it could get worse. I had a pleasant customer service experience through a series of emailing-which was fairly quick and they were able to help me out where I get a percentage refunded and now am planning to look up an upholstery business to fix the current ones that came off and to make sure others won’t come off by securing them somehow! So to me it was a Win/Win situation for both the seller and I- the buyer. Thank you kindly for your assistance
This ottoman is so chic and beautiful! It is bigger than you would think and I love that. It is so soft to the touch and it seems to be durable. I use it to put my feet on when I am on the couch but I also sit on it from time to time and seems like it would hold up nicely. The color is perfect and it is well made. I would reccommend it to anyone!
