The biggest complaint is in the instructions and wood quality. To be honest the bed wasnt easy to put together. The instructions arent all that clear (the instructions doesnt show you which way really is up or down). Futhermore, the quality of the wood isnt all that great, and some parts of it arent even sandpapered (getting stabbed by tiny pieces of wood in attempts to put together a bed was NOT fun). However, even though the quality of the bed and the instructions werent all that great, it actually looks pretty nice after having it covered up by a matteress and some blankets. But the quality once again, not so great. Im a bit disappointed.
My granddaughter loves the looks of her new bunk beds and I loved the ease of assembly. Simply followed the instructions and there it was.a good looking, sturdy twin on top of full, bunk beds.

James its very nice and I love the color. Worth it
After taking over ++ an hour to assemble. the head board and foot board were scratched ( wished I would have noticed that and the missing parts in the beginning) . So I ended up returning it. The other issue I had with this bed is its VERY tall off the ground, not really meant for a toddler. Plus her mattress is very thick making it even that much higher. The quality of the bed was great and very sturdy. It was also missing the boards that lay across the frame to hold the mattress in place. Easy to return UPS picked up no problem. highly disappointed!!!
We bought 3 of these for our vacation home and the first one took 4 hrs to put together but the other two only took a couple hours. Directions are pretty good. Large printed pages with drawings of how things go together. Packed extremely well and the cardboard box is one tough box as I found out trying to cut it up for the recycling bin. These beds hold 450lb each! They do not look cheap, dont feel cheap and the painting of them (we got white) was as smooth as could be. Tools included for their screws but its helpful if you have a power drill to help with securing the slats. Oh and the slats are attached to each other which secures them in their position under the mattress (not included) after you attach them to the bed frame with included screws. We are very happy with these beds!! comfortable and stylish product.
It is a decent sturdy bed for this price. It looks very elegant. But you have be very careful how you assemble because the wood splits very easily. Seems sturdy enough

Perfect for the grandkids
Perfect for our 6 4 year old grandsons, has stood up to 2 rambunctious boys The price is reasonable though.
Could be better
Not the best. Dissapointed because of defects on the most visible parts. Needs fixing. Its not bad its just not great.

Beautiful sturdy frame
The frame is a little difficult to put together, just need another helping hand. Once set up the bed is sturdy and looks beautiful. great for guests
