I love this couch! The light grey color looks amazing and so chic. The set up was so simple and the delivery was perfect. They were extremely helpful. The only reason Id say the comfort is 4 stars is because it is stiff but I personally want my couch to be. Do not purchase this if you intend to sink in when you sit down. Perfect couch for me!
This sectional is perfect for our new apartment! The assembly is tricky but nothing impossible. I really loved it! The shipping was 2 weeks and sharp with the delivery company.
We love the style of this sofa. Its very firm which is a good thing. The biggest problem that we had was that one sofa was approximately 1 1/2 inches higher than the sofa it connected with. You can see the difference in the pictures that I posted. I called and they were willing to take the return but they also offered me a partial refund which I chose to take instead. Overall Im very happy with it and hope that whoever orders one in the future gets two sofas that are the same height.
The sectional is very cute but it like a grey-ish brown-ish color. I put it together myself it took only 10 mins but the frame is damaged/broke so idk how it going to last
After reading the reviews on this couch, I was concerned about both the color and assembly. I kept seeing that the grey wasnt grey at all, but I was quite pleased that the color was what I expected. Assembly reviews also kind had me nervous but it was easy, all the parts fit perfectly and I was able to get it set up in less than an hour alone. I am as of now, hour number 1 with it complete, quite satisfied with my new couch.
The Bad: Its not easy to put together. Its also not soft at all. More like an extra extra firm mattress. I had a lot of trouble with the wooden legs that go up front, they would start to rip the fabric after being tightened only a quarter of the way.
The good: Looks nice. Feels solid once you finally put it together CORRECTLY and zero issues. The cushions are very firm but that is a good thing for me since I dont like soft mushy cushions with my back issues. The fabric and color are nice and seems like it would last a long time.
All in all for the price and value I would buy again.
We love this couch. Its the perfect size for our small living room. The gray color is very neutral, which is great no matter what decor and paint colors you have on the walls. Weve had it almost 6 months - its very sturdy and cleans easily when my dog gets her muddy paws up here. One thing we dont like is that animals can snag the threads on the cushions, so watch out for pulled threads. Otherwise, its totally perfect and was a great price. Love it!

The cushions are not filled in and its noticeable, thankfully has great customer service to give me back 30% of what I paid

Colour not as advertised
The only problem I have is that the colour is not true to the product. Gray comes as carton brown if you want grey colour please choose ash black
