Product was well packaged, hardware labeled perfect and nothing was missing. Directions were easy to follow. Bunk beds are sturdy and look great! Better than expected.
Just assembling the product so I cannot state if this is or is not easy to assemble. However, its missing support pieces so not sturdy nor safe! Contacting the company is a chore! There is no way to contact direct from nor to call you must email which I did! To only receive back an email telling me to renter everything in a form with a link provided. They could easily provide this link or a customer service number to begin with.
Ill update to reflect a better review if I am ever able to assemble, get a human being or recieve my missing parts. If not then it is what it is! The bed currently could not be erected safely for a child to sleep in which is the utmost concern wi childrens furniture!
Very sturdy. it came slightly dented in multiple places but it wasnt anything too bad, nothing that wouldnt pass as normal wear that would eventually have occurred. The bottom space is perfect for children to play under or make a fun fort. I use it as a space for my two pets to sleep under. Just as seen in the picture!!!
My son is IN LOVE! It seems sturdy enough so far. It took My husband and I about an hour and a half to get it all together from unboxing to complete. There are a few knicks in the furniture but nothing worth returning over. I purchased the tent separately and it was definitely worth it. We have an 8 mattress both on the top and underneath. We plan on turning the bottom mattress sideways when anyone sleeps over but I wouldnt recommend someone actually sleeping under it out of fear of them hitting their head. Overall the bed seems good so far! I will certainly try to remember to update! Great. Very good. Recommended.
Ordered the low loft bed for our 5 year old with an 8 mattress. It is PERFECT. The wood pieces were well labeled, the instructions were very easy, and all of the hardware was individually wrapped with labels. There were 2 double sided Allen wrenches which made putting these together a breeze with two people. Very sturdy, slats were good quality with a stapled tape roll and says will hold 250 lbs! Good!!
Overall, the bunkbed will work for us. However, we will be purchasing stronger slats for the bed above. They flex a little too much and my son is only 4. Also, the side rails on the top are not very strong. Ill be finding stronger wood and painting it black to replace these eventually. I dont see them being a problem at the moment but as my son gets bigger they wont hold him in if he rolls into them. Satisfied.
Instructions pretty well/written. It does take time to assemble but thats to be expected. It was a warehouse deal and supposedly there was missing hardware but I had everything needed. Very well/made and attractive. Would buy again. As expected, thank you!

Twin Bunk Beds
Grandkids love their bunk bed and can be converted into single bed when theyre older. Works great.

Works but will require some tweaks.
