High quality product. Takes time to assemble. When i receive the product it did look dirty. I spoke to customer service and they were able to fix it for me. The product is very nice and my twin xl bed did actually fit the twin size bed frame. You should definitely buy from them. They can help you with any issues that may occur

This bed frame/headboard are amazing. Its sturdy. So easy to put together. The directions are clear. The parts where packaged and labeled perfectly. The actual bed is beautiful. It sits low.
Edit- the center supports of the bed frame and tall and creating a hump in my brand new mattress.
To begin, I had issues with shipping as it took over a month to deliver and once it was scheduled to actually deliver, didnt deliver it for the three days it said it was out for delivery. I ended up calling customer service to cancel and getting a full refund. I was going to look for a different bed frame, but saw that this bed was selling for cheaper than what I originally bought it for so I ended up purchasing again. This time, I was able to choose the day for delivery and had no problems afterward.
It took me almost two hours to assemble by myself, but I took a few breaks. The instructions are straightforward in my opinion. The bed is sturdy, however, I would recommend changing the legs to something thicker/wider as the legs that come with the bed are very skinny and can slide around the floor (a rug could help prevent this.)
Overall, this is a very beautiful bed and I feel safe sleeping on it. Im happy with my purchase.
