These stools deserve a (5) star review, but the receipt of them was/is a problem. We ordered (2) sets of these stools through the same seller. (1) set came and were perfect; easy to assemble, so comfortable and just the look we were going for. The 2nd box came with only (1) stool in it and the stool was already assembled inside of a beaten up box. The stool was still beautiful and works great, but the order was missing (1) entire stool. We tried reaching out to the seller and nothing. We tried reaching out to and the customer support was unfortunately useless.
We really just want to get our (1) other stool.
Update: The seller had reached out to me through my Messages (which were going straight to Spam in my email). They quickly resolved the issue and sent me out the additional stool we had ordered. So beyond happy with our stools and the help from the seller
Better than expected. Ive used these stools at my kitchen table while working and so far they have proven to be very comfortable while setting for long periods of time. Also assembly was very easy.
Works great. I ordered 6 of these chairs. For the money, they are comfortable, fairly sturdy and they look nice at my bar. Note they can be somewhat difficult for little kids to move closer to the bar while in them, however that is no fault of the chair. One of the 6 chairs came and for whatever reason the seat smelled pretty awful. I The seller was great, took care of the issue and refunded the order. I am happy with the service and the product.
