Received messages and calls immediately from the seller to confirm the order and arrange for delivery date. Very professional and trustworthy, they thought there might be a delay because of the truck driver shortage but it arrived early and very professional delivery! Fully assembled so I canceled the add on to have come assemble for free. All around Im extremely happy and so is my cat! I realize this will probably be her new bed and Ill have to fight her for it lol! Person and cat approved! High quality and comfy! Thanks and for making it a pleasure to buy furniture online!
