Definitely a great bed for small rooms. I threw out my eldest daughters bed and got this one for the purpose of needing extra storage space for my newborns clothes and other necessities. I was able to fit 4 plastic drawers and a 3 shelve console table underneath the bed. And I still had space on the other side for the bulky boxes. Bed is pretty sturdy and my daughter likes it .
We ended up getting some bad screws. They sent us new ones very quickly. Happy with that. However the slide is so steep it sends kids crashing to the floor (its painful) so that dont get used much. So far like the rest of it. Seems sturdy
We bought this bed for our great granddaughter and she loves it but, the instructions for assembly was very disappointing because all the instructions provided were pictures of the parts to be assembled. No written instruction provided whatsoever, only pictures of the parts and the bolts, screws, etc. So for us, assembly took a lot longer than necessary.
Awesome bed! My daughter absolutely loves it. Took us about 3 hours to assemble. All pieces came perfect. Nothing was missing or broken. Everything arrived in one large box. The slide is a bit steep but we put some pillows down and she loves it.
I assembled this in about 4 hours by myself but I was also watching Netflixso it probably should have taken less time. The height is great and my 5 year old loves his new bed. Its a little wobbly if you give it a joltI might end up attaching some crossbars across the legs. Otherwise, great bed, Ive even slept in it with my son when he was sick and it didnt collapse!
I had a few assembly hang ups, so Ill try to help you out in case you face the same issues.
On page 8, you need to attach piece 10 (the side safety bars) to the bed using wooden dowels. This proved to be impossible if you dont loosen the headboard piece first. After I loosened all of those screws from the headboard, then I could easily attach the 10 pieces and then retighten the screws to the headboard.
Page 11, you need to roll out and attach the mattress support. You need to line the holes up PERFECTLY. My suggestion is to very loosely screw in all the screws before tightening them. Even then, it was tough so I dont know if the screw holes were a little off, or if I was. Either way, this was frustrating.
The rest of the assembly was pretty easy.
It would have been MUCH easier with two people, but I dont need no man! Also, after the fact, I see the website suggests power tools. Normally DIY furniture discourages power tools because you may over tighten or strip the screws. I would have loved to use power tools, so if you have them, definitely use them.
Once together the bed was sturdy. We he directions are horrible and none of the hardware is labeled. There is a page of the instructions that has all of the hardware pictured but they arent actual size so trying to identify which bolts were which was difficult. There are also multiple places in the directions where a part number was left out or wrong. Other places where steps were skipped entirely. This took 3 hours to put together, would have been at least an hour less if the directions were clear and parts labeled.
This loft was super sturdy as in every slat was screwed in and the ends were bolted as well. Thick wood frame and my boys love this thing. Block out some time because you will need a couple of hours to build it. My only concern is it came damaged. Now, if that is the shippers doing or it left the warehouse like that Who knows. I did put in a request for a replacement piece so I will update when/if that gets in.
Product was overpriced but still wanted it because I thought it would be fun for my son and something I would love as a kid. Upon further inspection and assembly this was obviously made so cheaply its like a slap in the face. The wood was chipped in multiple places and some of the screws were not lining up. Was not sturdy at all after putting together and even after reinforcing, it still seems really unsafe ended up taking it down and reselling to someone else to buy a new bed. Its cute and theory but obviously was overpriced and really bad quality like the other reviews said.
I absolutely love this bed! Its very sturdy for the most part the bed rail to protect the child from falling out is a bit wobbly but nothing cry where I feel nervous my child will fall out. Its lower than I expected which worked out fine for me and my daughters room. The slide is very speedy but I added a ball pit at the bottom to cushion the fall. It took about 2 hours to assemble. My daughters father said the instructions were pretty simple to follow. The latter is sturdy as well.

This bed is Not sturdy enough for a 40 pound child
This is too expensive for such cheap materials and the screws provided make this bed Very Dangerous for small child
Sturdy but directions are bad

Great bed, but small damage
