I shopped for a while before finding this one. Arms make it look more like a sofa and they are easily removable for sleeping. This futon is a good length for tall people, has a very modern look, and functions well. It not very cushiony but is comfortable enough at least for sitting (havent tried sleeping on it). The only issue with all futons is that they are very low - the seat is only 15 H. But I just purchased similar legs on that were 2 longer (existing legs were 6H) and now it is perfect.
My estimated delivery time was July 21 - 26th, 2021, it came on the 18th. Was easy to set up except there was a hole on the bottom, Im guessing for the extra leg which was at the wrong part. I had to bore another hole for the leg. At the front of my sofa was torn/scratch as you can see in the photo. I tested the different angle settings for the back and it didnt work. Will update once I figure out as well as how it feels to sleep on.

Customer service reached out to me about the problems and kept in touch for days to correct the issue. I am currently waiting on my new futon and am certain it will be in good condition this time. I am truly happy with customer service never expected the quality and level of customer service i received. Will update as soon as am in receipt and open. The futon is comfortable to sleep on
