The place we put it was in the entrance from the garage. the room was small but big enough for a bench to put our shoes and enter the house with clean house shoes.
Once together it looks nice and its sturdy, but it did not go together easy. A few holes did not line up, and we ended up having to drill them ourselves. One screw was too short and did not catch the threads. It serves its purpose containing our dog leashes and shoes in our entryway, thats about it.
This is the perfect bench for my kids to put shoes on, store sunscreen and hats inside. It is everything I hoped for and more. Super stylish and fairly easy to put together.
I built this with my toddlers help! lol. It is a sturdy bench, which is something I noted in other reviews. Its true. We have recently moved and are furnishing our home, lots of IKEA in here lately! Well, this bench is about the same price of an ikea bench but looks oh so much better and is built so much more securely! The directions are written very well. The materials are strong and look and feel like good quality! I highly recommend it. It sits nicely by our door and is already working hard holding our shoes and going out bags.

This is a great bench really sturdy and nice product for the price. However, it took me about 3 hours for 11 steps due to the unclearly written instructions and insufficient pictures. I had to take apart 2 separate sections 3 times as the pictures were not illustrated well at all! The picture for steps 3 and 5 do not match the pieces being put together which cause confusion for part 2 and how it is supposed to go on the backside of the drawer. Once I got to step 11 I found out I had to return all the way back to 5. Again, I love the bench just wish it was easier to assemble.
