I agree with previous reviewers, the design that went into this futon sleeper sofa is thoughtful. The fabric is very nice. The design is clean, sleek, modern, and classic at the same time.
Wooden legs add a natural touch and all are removable for transportation. They can all be tucked in behind the seat in a hidden zippered compartment. How many footing can say that.
In addition to vertical and horizontal back position, it also has a 45 degree option for lounging with cushions.
Each side can be custom adjusted independently.m for multiple configurations. On top of all this, the entire sofa folds in half horizontally into a box shape to save even more space for storage. Thus is NOT normal. But its VERY cool.
One reviewer said pet claws dont get stuck. While true, it can still be used to clean cat claw sheaths if your cat doesnt have legitimate tree trunk access, or something similar.
On the comfort front, I find it firm yet comfortable. I also wonderbased on previous reviewsif materials have changed in the last couple of years. Perhaps they were built better in the first 2/3 years of production. It seems that a majority of complaints regarding the sears are from the last couple of years.
All in all, I love this piece of furniture. I never liked futons before in my life. They were clunky, bulky, awkward, and weird. I hadnt met the right one.
Today there are more options on the market for well designed sofa sleepers. Are there better, more expensive ones. Sure. But for price, affordability, design, quality, and compactness without feeling compact, this is a nice, functional work of art. Very cute, looks just like the pictures.

Ive had this couch for about 1.5 months now and I am very happy with it. It is modern but pretty classic and can easily complement most decor styles and accents.
Pros:
/I was really impressed by the engineering and packaging of this product. Upon delivery, I noticed the box was damaged and a bit ripped which wasnt a big deal because it was wrapped in black gauze/fabric (great!). When I opened it, all of the pieces/ arms, legs, screws/ were neatly zipped into a secret compartment in the underside of the seats. This is extremely thoughtful design/ plus it is a great place to neatly store away the couch manual and the gauze/fabric for when moving day comes.
/This was easy to put together. I had no issue putting together myself in about 45 minutes.
/One of the reasons for purchasing was local resale value. I anticipate having to sell furniture upon move/out of my apartment and know that gray, convertible, easy/to/dissemble couches go quickly on OfferUp and Craigslist (I tried purchasing a few that looked like this one second/hand!)
/ I think the fabric is good quality / Its fairly soft, has even color tone and seems flexible/not probe to rips.
Things to note (not necessarily cons)
/ For a couch this price, I wasnt expecting comfort. But to my surprise, its decently comfortable . I can easily get cozy and watch a movie for a couple of hours without getting uncomfortable, Its sturdy and firm, but its absolutely not like sitting on a rock. Maybe more comparable to the firmess/plushness of a standard ottoman.
/ The back of the couch does have zippers on it. I have it exposed (it backs up to my kitchen) and it doesnt bother me. When you unzip, there are extra leg supports for when the couch is converted into a bed. Comfortable and high quality!
So far I love this futon/sofa! I was worried since I got a really good deal on this piece that it would be cheap/low quality but I was really pleasantly surprised when I got it out of the box. The material seems pretty nice, not super soft but nice. The look is very hip and it looks great in my small living area. It lays down easy for sleeping (but I have not someone sleep on it yet). Overall I am pleased! I purchased the gray color and it is fully upholstered even on the back. One small issue was the zipper under the cushion where they stored the legs for shipping broke after opening so I had to safety pin the fabric so it would not hang down. ALL GOOD!
I had my mind set on the 499 Ikea pull out couch for guests. But I read reviews that the fabric wears fast if you have pets and it holds onto pet hair even if you try to vacuum it. so, skeptically, I looked on . After a lot of comparison shopping, we bought this for our spare bedroom and literally put it together minutes before my guest arrived.
This thing is remarkably smart and stylish for the cost. The color and fabric is really nice, I love the modern look, and if you add a memory foam pad to the couch when folded out into a bed, it is LEGIT AS COMFY AS A BED. The little support legs that zip out of the back for when it is folded out/ so clever!
If you needed a main couch for now/ maybe even for a few years before you have more space/ I dont think youll regret this. assembly was SO MUCH EASIER than IKEA would have been, and about the same quality/ but youll need 2 people. I now have a little spot to sit and drink coffee in peace every morning, and it doesnt seem to hold pet hair at all. Lovely for the price
Love it! Looks great, and the instructions were excellent. I put it together by myself, but I needed someone else just to help me turn it over. Great looking. Its a fantastic price.
I love it. It looks very nice. Comfortable. People exaggerate about how hard it is. Relatevily easy to assemble. Comes in a huge box. This product was exactly what I was hoping for
