This is a nice sturdy bunk bed. Bottom can take any mattress but the top should have a 6 mattress. The directions are bad. The orientation of some of the metal bars is not clear and I needed to unassembled parts of the frame a few times. Also, I think the hex head bolts are junk. The heads strip easily and dont fit the hex keys right. Also, you need to use the angle brackets that fix it to the wall or you wont have enough washers. I like the sturdiness and comfort of this product.
After about a week of use pieces started coming loose on the top bunk, thankfully that is our oldest daughters bed but its still a bit scary since our four year old likes to play up there and may end up potentially getting hurt with the bolts coming loose. The top rollout bar fell completely off at one point. They may want to look into that. But otherwise it looks nice in the room. It was easy to put together. And since we made the bolts stay in its been an all around great bed. I like that it has padding for the steps. Overall you got what you paid for.
Its tedious and difficult to put each rod into the bars for each bed base. And once assembled its wobbley and squeaky. Pretty disappointing purchase for the price.
I was reluctant to purchase but the specs seemed to meet our needs / weight load. We bought it for our sons vacation bedroom. Assembly was straight forward and took some time. Instructions were ok. Just take your time. Having a second set of hands is helpful. Perfect for us
I use this bunkbed for my two grandchildren when they are here! It looks very nice, is sturdy, easy to assemble. It is everything I needed. Product was just as descriproduct

Its alright, could be better. But fine for about ages 6 and up.

Takes time to put together
Screws are very hard to work with should use screws that go the whole way thru not just halfway from each side. I was actually pretty disappointed.
