I purchased this fan for my office because of its great styling and promise of quietness. I have not been disappointed! The fan is relatively easy to install and runs without any perceptible wabble even on the highest speed. Its DC motor is exceptionally quiet with none of the hum that is so common with AC motors. The LED light has three color settings and to change the color you just press the light button repeatedly until you find the color you want. It will come back on with the same setting if you give it a minute of off time. I have wall switches for fan and light but the light cannot be controlled by a wall switch, only by the remote. There is only one AC connection to the fan. Overall I am very pleased with both the looks and the performance of the fan and would definitely buy it again.
Not only stylish, but moves air like no other. Have it in the bedroom and rarely need it past 2 speed. Bought the DC because of efficiency and stealth and this fan fits the bill.

Very quite, all functions work great, a little hard to balance with longer down rod, but other than that all is great.
