Ordered a beige sofa. Got a sofa. Ordered it new. Came with weird scuff marks on the top. At this point I cant even return it because of what a pain it was to unbox. Now Im stuck with a weird colored couch. Great.

We recently got two couches from this line. They arrive boxed without the legs. The legs and the hardware you need to attach them are all found in a zipped pocket on the underside. The legs were very easy to attach and feel very sturdy.
Lots of people complain its too firm. This one is completely subjective. Its not going to let you immediately slam your butt down onto the bottom frame, but its not like sitting on the hard floor. Weve napped on them a bunch of times and sit on them daily. They are large. The loveseat is the size our old couch was and the couch is even bigger.
These are a great value and seem like they will last for many years.
My daughter love it!!! LOVE this chair (also ordered the matching loveseat which will be delivered in a few days). It arrived quickly and was simple to put together. Only had to put screws into the legs. I purchased this set for my sunroom and not as my main sofa. The chair is firm and deep and the back is shorter than than my regular sofa. But it will be great with a couple of throw pillows behind my back. But overall I love how it looks and it is well made. And cat approved!
This sofa is beautiful and I will be purchasing the chair next. I was disappointed with the delivery service. It stated that it would be inside door delivery. The delivery company said the couldnt do that and dropped it off on the driveway at the back of the house. (I had just had surgery and this was why I was needing it to be as close to door as possible.) I had to pay someone to come over to carry the sofa from the back of the house into the front door for me. Other than that, I am SO happy with this purchase!
Love it. Was an upgrade from my previous couch which cost almost 2x this one, but it was softer, somewhat saggy and lower. I upgraded to this couch and am MUCH happier, it keeps its shape, is firm in a nicer way, and I am very comfortable sleeping on this. I am 58 200lbs and this is perfect to sleep on. Also looks very cool.

high enough for a good leg rest
It was easy. It is as high as the chair seat and is quite long, so it is perfect for resting ones legs.
