    Surprisingly sturdy and good looking

Assembly was fairly easy with the provided tools. The instructions are pretty good and assembly didnt take long at all. There are a few parts of the process where its easy to get a part backwards, so look at the instructions carefully. The hardware provided seems solid and all the parts needed were present. All of the parts were in good condition and everything fit together great. The hardware is color matched to the frame, and its hidden when possible. The finished product looks really nice. Once its assembled it seems fairly solid. The only down side I see is that the frame is a few inches longer than the twin mattress we ordered. So when the mattress is pushed all the way up against the head board, there are a few inches of empty space at the end near the foot board. But once you have sheets and a blanket on it its not bad. Its a great choice for a big kid bed! Great Product.

The assembly was a nightmare. Great storage option.

    Excellent purchase!!!

My husband and I put these beds together in an easy Saturday afternoon (granted, he is good with following assembly instructions). The one critique I have for the assembly instructions is that it would tell you the steps to put one bed together, or to connnect one bed, etc. and you just have to repeat those same instructions for each bed. Which is fine but there is no indication in the instructions to continue with each one until all four are done, so we just had to figure that out. But excellent quality for the money!! I feel the beds are very sturdy and look forward to many years of use. Tip: be sure to take into account where the ceiling fan is in the room. I failed to do that and it was almost too close for comfort! Thanks!

    Kids fell threw.

Kids fell threw the top bunk, rated for 400 pounds mine are no where near that. Working with customer service now to make it right and they have been great so far. Think it was just a fluke accident but it did happen. Not as easy as people say.

L shaped triple bunk has incorrect ladder rungs.

Ordered the bed and the ladder rungs were the wrong size (an inch too short). After a few e/mails with the seller, they sent me an entire replacement bed though I requested just the 3 small pieces (now I would have to dispose of an entire bed without the slats somehow). The replacement bed ALSO had the wrong size rungs. Judging from the other reviews, looks like this is a common thing with the L shaped triple bunk. The bed is sturdy and looks nice. Kids love it. Ill have to make the ladder rungs from scratch (which isnt too difficult). Low reviews are for poor customer service.

    Be prepared

Followed directions. Be patient as some pictures take time to orientate the part. The ladder was not cut correctly and I needed to trim off the area to fit. Once did this fit was good. I did it with a small trim hand saw. Some of the pilot holes were not deep enough and some were too deep. Take your time and you will have a great assembled unit. Make sure you have a second pair of hands. Takes up less space.

Parts mislabeled, ladder rungs too short

We built this in a loft area at our family cabin. Overall, it was easy, but time consuming to build. Several of the parts were unlabeled and a couple were labeled with the incorrect part number. I was able to figure out which parts were correct based on the holes drilled in them and the parts list at the beginning of the instructions so it all worked out. The biggest problem is that the ladder rungs are too short and the holes for the wooden pegs for the ladder did not line up so the rungs couldnt be installed correctly. Being up in the mountains and having the bed mostly put together, we had to do makeshift ladder rungs for the time being, and will have to create our own to install later. For the cost, I would hope all the parts would be the correct size, so this is disappointing. I love the configuration of the beds and how low the top bunk is. Made it work perfectly to fit in our space. what I needed.
