I bought this bed for extra room and impending long term company. I am 73 and put this together with the EXTREMELY poor instructions. I wont say I zipped this together quickly and without a hitch or two, but overall not as bad as I had anticipated. I put it together by myself, until needing my husband to help with the attachment of head and foot boards (I dont see how one would do this without help). I did as suggested by another reviewer, I put bottom together first. It really helped to lay pieces together in appropriate groups. I put head and foot boards together at the very first as I could get those pieces out of the way. My husband tighten all screws and it is very sturdy and looks quite nice. Its a fantastic price.
This is a great bed, looks nice and is sturdy. Bought it for my 10 year old son and he loves it. Assembly will take 2 people. We used a drill bit to assemble (it says not recommended but we didnt have 2 days to put together) drill worked great. Great bed for the money This product was exactly what I was hoping for
Got this a week ago and absolutely love it. We have a small getaway cabin for the weekends and have been using an air mattress for the past two years that finally sprung a leak. Ordered this trundle bed and it arrived in about a week. Boxes are super heavy, not sure how the UPS driver managed them alone.
It took my husband and I about 5/6 hours to assemble but it is so worth it. It looks great and now I have a real bed to sleep in. I love that the trundle rolls completely out and we can put it on the other side of the cabin.
I bought 9 mattresses and the top bed is pretty high, I have a little trouble getting into and out of it but its not unmanageable. I should have gone with an 8 for the trundle since the 9 is a very tight fit.
Overall this is a great bed and now I really enjoy my stays at the cabin. Really Happy!!
Not happy!I am not very happy with the product. Its not sturdy. One of the drawers broke the first week and cant be replaced unless we replace the whole bed. Product seems to be deficient/ no response back from the seller!
It did take me a Saturday afternoon to assemble the entire bed, trundle, and drawers. The instructions were rudimentary, but the pieces were all properly marked and mostly pre/drilled so there was little chance of screwing up. The drawers are my only negative so far. The drawer space on the left is too tight to operate properly. Its the tracks on the trundle, not the drawer. Ive switched all the drawers and they all behave the same in the respective spaces, i.e. no matter what drawer I put in the last space its tight, and the others work fine. I have yet to contact the mfr to see what can be done. This was definitely a good choice.
I have not fully put together my bed yet, because I received only 1 out of 2 boxes. I sent a message to the seller and they did promptly reply (unfortunately it went to my spam mail, so I didnt see it). They contacted Fex Ex and my second box will be here today. Very happy with the service. I anticipate the bed being very nice as it appears to be well built. If its not when together, I will update. For now, I am very satisfied. This is a cute design,
As a woman that doesnt use power tools this bed was super easy to put together with hand tools. I will not lie it took a good bit of time but was worth every minute of it. My daughter loves it!!! Dont over think it, youll love it!!
The shipping was a little off 1 pkg came two days after ordering and I had to wait two more days for the 2nd pkg. It took some hours putting together mainly because Im pregnant and could only help my husband so much but the instructions was fairly easy. My kids love the bed so far and it created more room. Better than the picture!

wheels are not good. we had to buy new better wheel to fix the ones that came with the bed. Absolutely awesome product!!
