As others mentioned, it would be good to have an extra person with you to put this together. Note that they include some backup parts for the easily damaged plastic bits. But, be careful and pay attention to the directions. Its easy to get ahead of yourself and flip a part. Unlike some reviews, this will not fit a queen on the lower without forcing it and possibly damaging your bedding. But it still works great.
Definitely not as sturdy as Id like. Lots of sway to it and makes noise with every move. Plastic pieces that hold slats in place keep turning up around the house , broken. Seems super safe not happy with this purchase.
Took a little longer to put together than expected. The little clips that go in to hold the bars didnt hold up and the clip part broke off. But my son really likes it and is great when he has company. Needs.
Prior to buying this product, I expected that it would wobble and be squeaky. Its inexpensive and so you really cant expect much else. It took me 2.5 hours to put this together and Im a 35 year old, non/handy woman. I would suggest having someone around to help you though it isnt necessary. Also, a prior reviewer suggested not tightening the screws completely until the end. This person is a GENIUS. That is such great advice. Also, make sure you have beer in the fridge because youll need a cold one when youre finished. I walked away from this assembly with a bruised thumb, bruised hand, hating Allen wrenches and two very excited little kids.
The bed does shake. But again, thats to be expected. It does feel solid and its cute. It really beat spending 700+ on a wooden bunk bed from the store. Good news is that the bed doesnt make noise! Buy It.
It took me hours!!!!! to put this bed together Have more than one person when putting it together. Do not tighten all the screws until the end youll have to keep going back and fourth. The bed is strudy it does make noise whenever my 4 year old is on the top bunk moving around but none the less no injuries. I like the bed it came in one big heavy box i couldnt carry the box upstairs so I went back and forth carrying pieces I was sore at the end of the night I bought a 6inch full size mattress from for the bottom. I did have an issue with the bottom slats one of them was made to short so its an empty slat for the bottom frame. I love how they gave extra screws and stuff that came in handy Im just glad the bed is up and If i have to take it apart again when we move ill be hiring a professional Fits.
I use this bed in a studio. I sleep on the full size below and use the twin above for storage. It took a lot longer than an hour and a half as shown on the instructions to put it together, but now that it is up I think its sturdy and was worth it. Definitely worth the price. Ill probably a put a mattress on top someday for a lighter weight guest. I bought risers to increase the amount of storage space under the bed. Im not sure how Im going to get them under because this is a very heavy bed. Not going to lie. The box it came in was extremely heavy to even just push to the place I wanted it on the floor. But I guess that makes for a sturdy bed.
Update: I was able to put 5 risers (Utopia Bedding Adjustable Bed Furniture Risers / 3, 5 or 8 Inch Heavy Duty Risers for Sofa, Table, and Chair / 8 Piece Set) underneath the bed and with them in place I can fit those square bankers boxes that you get from an office supply store underneath very easily. I even fit under the bed, and I am a fuller size person. Worked for my use.

Good for price easy assembly
4 stars bc the top rail piece does not fit but was able to still put together. You need 2 ppl to put together Could be little cheaper.
You get what you pay for.

Right bed wrong mattress!
I thought I was getting a bunk bed with a twin on top and full on the bottom, which I did but they sent two twin mattresses.
Great for the Price!

On/time delivery took a little while to assemble but all of the parts were there and directions were easy to follow Yes please!
Time/consuming to assemble, but worth the price
