The frame seems sturdy but the lock in place parts are poorly machined. Some of them did not actually slot into place until we got hammers and mallets involved to force them in despite following the assembly instructions perfectly. This means that when I have to disassemble it the next time I move, half the parts will come apart like they are supposed to, and half will not. I wont be able to carry it as a whole like I could a normal frame (since some parts easily slot out when pulled) and I wont be able to fully disassemble it and put it into a box (since some would require pliers and a ton of force to remove now).
UPDATE: A customer service was extremely helpful and was able to promptly address my issues. In light of that, Ive changed my review to reflect how helpful they were. I no longer have any complaints. Still love it.
First of all thank you for the early delivery ! It actually arrived on the day I was to get my mattress and bedding. Second surprise? Opening the box and with less than hr bed was built minimal tools needed. Seems study just got it. Cant wait to sleep on it. Better directions.
My mother broke her leg and needed something lower to the floor until she heals. Quite sturdy, and will be easy to move when she no longer needs it. The family will store it until another one of us needs it. Very nice.
I love this bed! Got it for my 6 year old and it perfect! Even has room to store stuff underneath. It was also super easy to put together. Would definitely buy again.
It took me less than 10 minutes to assemble with the help of two others and its the perfect fit for my twin size bed, I couldnt be happier with this purchase and I definitely recommend. You dont have to worry about screws, the brackets are labeled and the instructions that come in the box are clear to understand. Five stars! Easy to assemble. Very sturdy.
