When we were putting the springs together, we were using the tool provided and it broke and cut into my hand. We had to go to Urgent Care. Now that the trampoline is fully assembled, it is a decent product, but there could be some improvement on the tool quality.
We have loved our trampoline! It was easy for my husband and myself to put together. It has held up very well with multiple kids from 4 years old to 12 years old constantly jumping on it. We recently had bad weather with high winds that blew it over our fence and rammed it onto our boat. Two metal bars were badly bent, rendering it unusable. We contacted the seller to see about ordering replacement parts. Even though the warranty does not cover weather related damages, the company very quickly replied to us and shipped the replacement parts to us at no cost to us.
Our kiddos love trampolines, and we had to replace our first one when we moved. I was super excited to get a larger one, and this one has really held up to the challenge of four kids. The ladder is a huge bonus, and the materials are well made.
We bought this for a Christmas present in December. It arrived late, but they had great customer service. My husband and I were able to assemble this with just the two of us. We got the 15 foot one, as our boys are 9 and 11. This has been great fun for the whole family and their friends.
