We love this trampoline! Ordered on a Wednesday and was on my doorstep Friday morning. Way faster than the 2-3 weeks the website said it would be. Two adults were able to put it together fairly quickly. Have now had this for 4 months and havent had any problems.
Awesome trampoline! Kids love it. Family loves it. Very bouncy. Well made. My daughter and I assembled it in less than 2 hours.. and we took our time. Very happy with my purchase. Far better than other similar trampolines for the same money.
My only con: the cover is a joke. The first slight wind we had ripped the strings right through the supplied tarp. Lasted one day lol but it’s still a 5 star trampoline. Just don’t put much stock into the cover.
Just assembled as purchased end of season last year. The netting and assembly was easier than previous. Even comes with cover if want to cover it. Used only few times so far but all is well.
It was delivered to in the front of the garage when we requested it be delivered to the backyard sliding door area so it will as safe when they came to put it togethet on the 21st.
Assembly wasn’t bad until we got to putting on the springs... there were more loops than there were springs (and spring holes on the base) the loops weren’t evenly spaced apart, so we have crooked springs. It was much more expensive than others that we looked at, so the uneven and mismatch stitching was upsetting. Also, if you want to anchor the trampoline down you will have to screw the legs on... they just slip inside of each other with nothing stopping them from coming out. Other than that, it was easy for 2 people to put together and I love that the net is on the outer part of the pads!
This company had great communication when there was an issue. They quickly got me my pieces and I was able to completely put this trampoline together by myself! I loved how easy it was, I recommended it to my cousin who also bought it!
So when I received the trampoline the springs was missing and one of the T-section. I reached out to the seller about replacing the parts and it was shipped to me in a timely manner.The trampoline was very easy to assemble .My 4 year old loves it.And it’s very sturdy I would definitely recommend it
This is a great trampoline and is definitely worth the money. Very sturdy and safe for the little ones who like to jump along the edge. My wife, our two kids and I can all go on at the same time and not have to worry about it not supporting our weight either. We recently had some severe weather and the trampoline was damaged. I reached out to customer service and spoke with Lan over email. Lan has been beyond helpful in this situation and was able to get the replacement parts shipped within a week of the damage. I could not ask for better customer service!

Poor quality stitching
Only had it 8 weeks and the safety cover that protects the springs are already tearing in 6 of the 12 seams
May have been a bad day at the factory

12 ft trampoline is great for 3 or 4 children - only 1 or 2 adults
12 ft trampoline provides a decent jumping surface for 3 or 4 toddler children OR 1 adult Not big enough for more than this
