I love this! My boys love, love, love this bed. Of course, right? Its got a playground built into the bed! Who wouldnt love that? Anyway, it seems like its fairly well/made. It seems safe. But it doesnt really seem like its a good quality to last for 10 years or more. I guess well have to see.

Awesome! This is a great bed. I ordered a tent for the top, which I had to alter to fit it with a double opening, as well as the bottom fort to make it into a house. It really is a cute bed. I took two king size pillows and rolled them up, kepis them rolled with duck tape, and put pillow case over them, using the extra material to tuck into the mattress and make bumpers for when our son sleeps on the top.I use them to cover both the openings Also, I bought a trundle bed for the bottom, so there is another bed in the fort area below. He can choose to sleep in either, and has an extra bed in case his Nana stays the night, which she does often. It is so super comfy and quiet under there. I slept in it one night, bought two of the 99.00 mattresses from Sams club, two mattress covers here, which I will do reviews for (they work great, btw). This makes his bed look super cute. My son is 4 and super busy. I was a bit concerned about a bunk or loft bed, but this is a super low loft, still concerning enough for me to make bumpers out of king pillows, but I am not super worried, just a bit overprotective over it. This is a very reasonable price for this bed. My husband and brother put it together, it has a lot of parts, but they put it together in an hour, not long. Anyway, worth it to me, and considering the cost of some of the other beds out there, this is really reasonable. If you are concerned about space saving, this is worth it. The slide comes out a bit more than I thought, but it really needs that. Putting the trundle under it gives us the option of using it for both our boys, when the other is old enough, although, we should not need space saving then, hopefully!
I need. Inexpensive loft solution, but I have the following suggestions:
1) The manufacturer should switch from a slide material to something else; the slide is thin and as such makes the characteristic thunder noise (not TOO loudly) of being warped. Kids dont seem to care though.
2) Change the design to allow the slide to be placed on either side of the unit.
Bed is great and wonderful.once you can figure out how to assemble it. The company was nice enough to not include instructions. Not even a reference picture! Might scream while assembling.
Easy build, Purchased this bed for our 4 year olds birthday. So glad we did! He absolutely loves it. Was easy for my husband and I to set up. Our son loves going down the slide and playing under the bed. Perfect bed for a big boy room.
Fit well, My husband and I bought this bed for our 3 year old son and he absolutely LOVES it! He gets so excited in the mornings when he wakes up and gets to slide down from the bed. I was very skeptical about ordering this product! I was worried that the opening for the slide would be big enough he could fall while he was sleeping, but we havent had a problem and I dont think that could happen. Then I read a review that said the mattress has to be under 6 feet we had already ordered his mattress online and it is very hard to find a good quality mattress that is 6 feet long. We decided to take the chance since the description says it fits a standard size twin and I am so glad we did! The reviewer who wrote that is totally FALSE! We bought a 38W X 75L X 6 1/2 mattress and it fits great! I was also worried about the slide making a lot of noise but thats not the case with ours! I can hear if my son goes down the slide but its nothing loud or annoying. Im glad I hear a little something when he goes down the slide that way I know if hes up playing instead of sleeping! My CONS for this bed is that some edges seem a little sharp nothing major but if someone rubs it a certain way it could scratch them. And its not that sturdy when hes crawling around and being rough the bed shakes some and I cant keep furniture right up next to it because of this. No big deal though it is still an awesome bed!
Overall we couldnt have bought a better bed for our son and would recommend this to anyone!
