Listen to me. from the naked eye this bad boy is very pretty its more of a show piece than an everyday functioning sectional for a family room again its very pretty however it is not , I repeat, not furniture that is going to last more than a few years if you take care of it .. Ive had it for six months now and waited to do an honest review dust and any dirt is going to stick to this material like glue, if you have hard wood floors this light weight couch is going to slip and slide , the fabric snags and now has loose strings all over the place which I cut constantly ! If you have children this isnt for you just wait save up for something more sturdy and durable . If youre taller than 5 5 skip this you wont have the back support you need this furniture is tiny and for tiny spaces !! Now if you are just starting out need a semi affordable couch to fill a space for looks wise and have maybe a child this will work ! But I still say its not worth more than 300 bucks at best!

Had no issues service was actually pretty good they called us the day before telling us what time they would come ,delivery was great too! They helped bring the huge boxes into our house overall good experience
Looks solid, easy to assemble. This is a very cute couch it comfy but when unboxing it and putting it together really difficult I would have never payed for the price of this couch if I knew that it was so difficult putting together the instructions or not very clear they dont put letters or numbers to show u what pieces go together it took me and my boyfriend almost the whole day trying to puzzle everything together Im very un happy with this product

Cushions are a little hard but I like mine hard.
If your actually going to be sitting on this sectional, I dont recommend you purchase it. Ive had it for less than a month and it seems anything that touches it makes it snag and the stitching on the cushions is coming undone. The Ottoman cushion was snagged when I final was able to get it unpacked from the bottom of the Ottoman and the material is loose. Also, this is more than gray, it looks colored. Its only me and my husband so its not getting much. Not happy with the quality but I can only imagine the return process.

Material snags if anything touches it
