So this is obviously a cheap couch based on the price. But I didnt realize how cheap it would be till it arrived. At first glance its fine, but all the couch cushions have a cheap fabric on the back. so should a guest come over and knock the cushion over or move it you will see how cheap it is.
Overall it looks nice. Its okay in terms of comfort. Not incredibly soft. At the end of the day - you get what you pay for.
This couch is very durable for the price range. I have had this couch for two years and its been under a lot of stress. My cats have scratched it, I have used it for primary sleeping place for months before my bed arrived and it held up. If you are going to be hard on this sofa the back needs to be supported by a wall. It was fairly easy to put together. I recommend if you dont want to spend $$$$.

But the color is a dark heather gray which is beautiful and easy to accent. Ive gotten compliments from everyone who sees it for the first time. Its not an oversized couch but can fit multiple adults comfortably. Definitely worth the money and is a great price. The ottoman is my favorite part because its huge and you can use it in so many different ways. I love that the couch is so versatile and gives me a lot of options for how to arrange it. The little gray pillows it came with are also awesome! All of the cushions are comfortable to me! Recommend!
Shipping was a like a week late, but seller remained in contact with me for most of experience, and theres a pandemic going on so, little can be done about that. It arrived in 3 large boxes, which made it into my smaller apartment. Came in great/new condition, no tears, rust, or imperfections. Assembly was very easy. No tools required, took me and my mother about 30-40 mins give or take. The back piece to the chaise is wobbly and still unsure why, but it works none the less. When you sit on the couch its not a tall back to the couch which is disappointing. The couch is very firm, but thats what I prefer and Im certain if will become broken into with use. Very happy with it overall. Given the price and the look of the couch, it fits beautifully into my smaller apartment and looks amazing. Ive received many compliments so far.
Since we were going to be at home for the indefinite future, I decided to get a couch. Since we move quite a bit, I didnt want to spend a ton of money. But I also wanted something decent. Had actually been considering this couch for a year, but I guess was never home enough to finish the purchase.
I (not in great shape or particularly strong) put it together on my own, I didnt time it. But I put some records on and did it. I botched something up at one point, had to unscrew and re-screw but it was my fault for not paying close enough attention. I love putting furniture together, but even if you dont, Id judge this as pretty easy. A little time-consuming but hello, its a whole couch and a sectional no less. Boxes were enormous and heavy. Again, of course. It arrived earlier than anticipated, so I guess just a heads up depending on your living circumstances. I thankfully have a covered porch so these were protected from the rain for hours on the surprise day they came.
We have had it now for two months I think, and still love it. It has two teens, one adult, and a dog on at any given time early 24 hours a day. It does get softer over time. I am wondering if the cushions will lose some of the oomph, if they do, Ill put some foam underneath them and dont consider it an issue. For the price, it looks amazing and it comfy. We threw a bunch of throw pillows, two cozy blankets, and a small tapestry on the ottoman (aka where the dog mostly sits). I did have to clean up dog puke (ugh), and it came out with a dog mess upholstery cleaner so Im happy about that too.
All in all, for the price, Im not sure you can do better. Even if down the road I had to make or replace new cushions (or leave it when I move), its worth it. I have to say the past 5 months of being at home is way better having a comfy ( nice looking) couch in the living room. It changed our living space entirely.
Overall this couch is great. Its not for small spaces, so be warned. It was some work assembling, as I had to screw each piece from under the couch with the velcro off. Read the instructions; You can put the Chaise on either side but you have to assemble it a specific way to have it on left or right side. If you want to change sides, you have to disassemble it and move arms over, so it will be a process. Its comfortable and large and I love the grey shade mine was. Also, be prepared for 3 boxes to come containing all the peoces with 2 of them the size of a refrigerator.

Beautiful but not big enough and uncomfortable
We dislike it because it comes apart when you lay on it. The cushions like right up with our tail bones.
