I received two chairs and one of them had an issue with the holes for the leg. I contacted and the associate, Wendy, was extremely helpful. She is sending a new chair and it should be arriving soon. She was very apologetic for the issue with the chair.

Nicely packaged, quick assembly and very comfy chair! My expectations were not really high but as other reviewers have noted, the velvet is soft and not cheesy looking at all. In fact, its actually kind of luxurious and sleek and modern looking which goes very well with our decor. It is very comfortable and sits a bit low(ish) to the floor but in a good way. I am 58 and my wife is 57 and my legs are a bit short (29 inseam) but this is the perfect size chair. Our knees do not rise above our waist so it isnt low, low. The cushioning is very nice and firm enough but not too firm and cheap/squishy. I wouldnt be surprised to find one of these in an upscale modern furniture store for 500/700. The legs are shiny brass and the furniture in this room (bedroom) has more of an antique brass finish but the shiny brass doesnt jump out at you or look out of place. Assembly was perfect, everything lined up and tightened down nice and tight with no wobble. All in all, this is a well/made piece of furniture.even if it is from China. Ive included a couple of photos so you can see the gray colored chair. It is a nice medium gray with a slight silvery sheen.
