Price, size and functionality are the main reasons I purchased this product. It does fit will in small spaces but the comfort level is low. No binge watching couch potato will enjoy this item. My back and butt go numb after 30 minutes sitting on the couch. The padding is thin and not very supportive. Lots of pillows and a blanket were needed to make this comfortable. Very pleased with this purchase
Very light weight. Nice sofa to the eye, but slides very easily shipping was horrible with mixed order and delayed the replacement (comes in two boxes one box arrived 5 days before other) very short distance from the floor. It is fairly firm perfectly fine with it
So far, for the price, this couch is AMING. I ordered this and it came literally within a day and a half which was surprising for a large piece of furniture. It was easy to set up and only took me about 30 minutes by myself. It looks fantastic in my living room. Very sturdy. And the fact that you can set it up however you want is just great. If I ever want to move it to the other side of the room, I can!
This is a great buy if you dont want or cant spend a ton of money on new furniture! I would highly recommend. Just follow the instructions and youll be fine!!
For the money seems pretty nice. Its definitely not the most comfortable, but not horrible. I bought it on impulse for a relative to be able to visit with more family when in town. I was really irritated about the shipping. You get half a couch as a gift its like ordering trash for someone to have to dispose of later, but the second half showed and its all good.
It might help that info being in the email or tracking information. It appears as one shipment, but its two the second has zero notification.
It worked out its a fairly nice unit, but I was upset at myself for not researching more and maybe buying local. You can get superior cheap sofas from big lots for a little more and I could have easily afforded any of them. So it appeared as if I spent 500 for half a couch that would cost money to ship back or dispose of to then have to spend 700+ for a superior piece from a local store.
Fortunately for the holidays it had a happy ending.
There are no missing parts on this couch set as other reviews have mention. Customer service stated that the item goes strict inspection before being shipped out to customers. I would gladly say that this has been one of the best seller that I have dealt with. They responded properly to my emails and solved the issue right away. I would definitely recement buying this nice seat of couch without any hesitation. Very well built

The setup was fairly straightforward, the instructions were easy to understand.
It is firm, but not hard. There is enough space for me to put my legs out without having them hang off the end of the chaise, but I am rather short (53ish).
My cat loves it, my boyfriend enjoys it, Im comfy.
Id estimate that four people and a cat or two could sit comfortably on it, especially with the ottoman.
Its a couch. It was in my budget. I recommend it! We love it
