Which made sense because the chair itself is steady put together. All you have to do is connect the wheel part (which also is put together) and the stem part to the chair and it’s done. I read a review that it was meant for short people or kids. I’m 5 feet and I brought this for my child that’s 4 feet. Both our feet dangle in the air. Still a comfy chair for remote learning. My child is 9 Yrs old.
What a perfect 5 star vanity chair. This chair was very easy to assemble. It took me about a minute. No tools were required, and the instructions were clear and concise. I love the soft pink suede material. I did not realize it has large clear rhinestone buttons giving it just the right flair. The chair is easy to adjust up or down. It also rolls smoothly across the floor. I really would like a rug for under the chair to keep my feet warm when I dress; so I tried it out on a low pile rug in another room and it still rolls very well. Therefore, I ordered a rug. The chair is sturdy and comfortable. I believe the quality and look of this chair matches the price. Its a good value.
We ordered 2 for our dressing room. We’ve been pleased with them. They are very pretty. My husband weighs 200+ and they have stood up to his weight. They’re more sturdy than I would have believed when I first saw them. I had them put together within 5 minutes. Very easy.
We had a minor issue with the chair that was quickly corrected by the company. Definitely good customer service. The chair is really nice too. Fits our teen very well and looks great in her room. We would definitely recommend!!
We got this for our daughter for remote school. She thinks it’s comfortable and supportive, but wishes it rolled more easily. The fabric is soft. The cushion has flattened out a little more than she would like. Super easy to assemble!

Broke while sitting in it. The set of two only lasted 7 months
Were comfortable before they broke and made them unsturdy. Broke a welded metal brace.
