The crystals are uncomfortable, but the chair is beautiful!!! The customer service is great, nothing to complain, Ill give it 4,5 stars just because of the crystals. Thank you!!!!
The color of the blue chair is kind of a steely blue gray and is very pretty. The padding on day 1 is sufficient, time will tell. Im small and this chair just barely fits me (51 125 lbs). I like everything about it except the rolling action or lack there of. The wheels are terrible and the chair just lurches to a stop and wont move forward with out going backwards and then hurking and jerking around to find the sweet spot to move forward. I bought this chair specifically because I want to roll back and forth between two computers on my desk. So this kind of sucks. Im looking at buying some in line roller blade office chair wheels to see if that will solve the problem.
The chair is ok. It will work at my easel but it is MUCH smaller that I thought, the color is not gold but dark ochre, it is not cushy at all. For more than $165… I really expected more.
The chair is noisy, received a replacement part but have to damage the chair to replace the piece thats extremely loud. Wanted a refund, didnt receive one.

Darling office chair!
The chair is darling! Exactly as pictured. Just as it appears in the photos, it does not have a great deal of thickness in the seat.
Buy a different one
The chair is cute but one wrong move and it will brake
