Just moved into a new apartment and was looking for an affordable couch. After doing some research i kept finding my way back to this couch and i am pretty happy with it.
It looks great fits perfectly well in my living room. Its way more comfortable than i expected it to be if im being honest. The back rests are a bit low but this couch does its job with being a lounge area! Assembly was super easy with the exception of two bolts associated with the smaller back rest. Value for money.
Not bad. / Narrower than ideal: unless youre very short (5) or have perfect posture, expect your head to rest against the wall. Even on the chaise, my legs hang over. This is a small couch and the dimensions are available, but I would recommend against this couch for laying out for hours at a time.
/ Cushions are not firm enough. Arm rests in particular are way too squishy
/ Surprisingly difficult to assemble: there are a few times the Allen key doesnt have enough space to rotate
The couch was very easy to put together. It has a low back, which I knew when I purchased it. It is soft and actually very comfortable. Im very happy with my purchase. Great!
Couch fit perfectly in my small NYC apartment, make sure you take measurements prior to purchasing but it is spot on with the provided dimensions. Assembly took about an hour (1 person), but with two people would be much easier and quicker. Couch Is comfortable and works best with a wall for backing support. Good quality.
Aming couch and one of the lowest prices Ive seen on . The navy blue color is more or a traditional blue, but its gorgeous. Velvet material is soft. Some reviews say its not comfortable but I disagree. I could easily fall asleep on this. If youre on the fence about buying this couch, I would take the plunge because its worth every dollar and perhaps more. Another reviewer said they spray painted the legs gold and I might copy them, actually. The picture looked great.
The assembly was fairly quick even though the intructions were awful. Im 110 pounds and 55. It took me about 90 minutes to assemble by myself/ and most of that time was spent taking the pieces out of the box and staring at the instructions in confusion. Probably spent only 20 minutes total screwing on the legs and the back. The drawings did not include the two couch backs, just drawings of the long screws and where they should be placed. Ive never seen such bad instructions. But stay patient, refer to the photos of the product on when the instructions fail you, and you will get there eventually. works great.
This couch is so comfortable while also being beautiful. Easy/ish to put together /it helps if you actually enjoy using Allen wrenches/ and we had 2 people wrenching and 1 holding. Definitely recommend having at least 2 people,

This was a good purchase, and I would recommend to anyone who has the space (he a big boy!! My daughter love it!!!

It was pretty easy to assemble the only thing that made the assembly annoying was some of the leg screws were placed in awkward angles. Ive had it for about two weeks and Im very pleased with my purchase so far. Expected.
Original: I ordered this sofa a week ago. They delivered it last nights (i.e. few days earlier then expected). But, just a half of the whole (i.e. one box) was sent and the status of order is changed Delivered. It is quite embarrassing! How can I contact customer service for this item?
Update: After searching website about half hour, I could call some *human* assistant and tell him my situation and request (dont want to return, it will be so complicate and take times). Fortunately, as he said, the other box was arrived in this evening. It seems nice, matches with our living room quite well and Im almost satisfied except delivery. Good deal and was easy to put together.
