If you are looking for a bed that will only be lightly used / meaning a light weight person taking a nap, it is a nice bed. Though you will want to sit down gingerly and carefully because it will not hold up to a child jumping on it or a large adult sleeping on it. For example, we placed a 40 lb mattress.
I bought this bed about a year ago for my teenage son. He is rarely home, as he moved away for college. So the bed is hardly used. It held up okay, until recently, when the welds came apart at the spindles. I do not recommend this bed.
I ordered a queen size and received a king size, I didnt return it because later on I might get a king size bed. It was sturdy at first but the beems end up bending, overall its an okay bedframe I had no issue putting it together.
