The chair is nice looking and comfortable. My only thing is the misleading pictures and the information about it being ergonomic. I am 5’2” and it stops below my shoulders. It’s not how the picture is shown. It was ergonomic for my toddler son who is 3. With that being said, I returned it. The customer service was strange for the better word. The return instructions has grammar mistakes and information that a label was provided to you in December which is strange since I just purchased it at the end of August. It also provides you with a fake prepaid label. When you contact the seller, they tell you that they will not provide you with a prepaid label even though the instructions says it does, and instead you will have to cover the costs. I had to have customer service get involved which only made the seller say they will refund me $30 and keep the chair to avoid paying for shipping. Then after a second message from customer service, the seller said they would refund me $80, half of the cost to keep the chair. Luckily third time is the charm, and said they would cover my shipping costs so I can return it and get a full refund. They said they will be filing a A-Z claim with this seller for doing this and the false information. Basically moral of the story is if you are 100% sure you want a short chair, then buy it. If not, don’t waste your time and DO NOT go by the pictures. It’s not a neck supporting chair.
Tried for 6 hours to put this chair together. Finally called my brother-in-law, whos a wiz at this stuff, for help. He couldnt do it either. The screw holes to attach the chair arms/legs to the seat do not - would not - align. Got so frustrated and disgusted, I just threw the chair out. Total waste of time and money.
I bought two of these chairs to go in our living room. The instructions were not very detailed, but it was not difficult to figure out how to set things up.
The first chair I set up has uneven legs. There is no way to adjust the foot height, so I’m basically going to have to find a way to prop it up myself.
The real reason I’ve rated this so low, however, is the second chair having an extra short screw and missing a long screw. I contacted the seller over a week ago. They are slow to respond and for over a week the last response is that “they requested the warehouse for a new hardware pack and will update me ASAP.” It’s been 10 days and I have two chairs I can’t really sit in. The only redeeming factors are that I like the way they look and when I sit in the wobbly one, it’s comfortable.

The legs seem to not be even but overall it is a very elegant chair. It didnt match my initial idea to decor so I’ll use it more for like an office chair/office space instead.
The chairs themselves were great, the color of the chair was a bit off. They weren’t quite what we were expecting color wise but they were great to work with during the return/refund process. I would definitely shop their store again.
For the price, it looks great and we’ve had many compliments on the look. Materials seem to be good quality and sturdy. However, it was nearly impossible to assemble because the hardware didn’t quite fit the pre-drilled holes. Took a ton of elbow grease. It’s also pretty uncomfortable to sit in for more than 30-60 mins
My chairs are still in storage in the original boxes pending my move to my new home. I opened one and it seemed to be the right size and height. Once I make my move, Ill update my review.

good but too soft
Good but too soft. Lacking some kind of foundation or base underneath the seat- bottom would cave out
