They responded to my issue very quickly. I wanted a multipurpose sectional and this one is very versatile and Very easy to maneuver, with comfortable seating. You could easily seat 8-people if wanted.
Easy to assemble and look amazing. This couch was so easy to put together and came with extra pieces and tools for everything. Each piece did ship separately which I didnt mind. This couch is also very firm but I find it to be comfortable still. I love that each ottoman has so much storage! Im going to be adding to it because I love it so much!
Simple, unique and elegant It was easy to assemble, and very comfortable. The storage spaces are quite large and hold all my linens. The fabric is magic. Its very easy to clean and seems quite durable.

Very well made and great design I searched for this couch for a long time and then I found this beauty. It has the exact look I was searching for. The color is perfect, the shape is perfect, the price was right. I bought the u shape sofa plus an extra armless chair and 2 extra back cushions to make this symmetrical u shaped sofa. You dont sink into this couch, but its comfortable. The back cushions are nice and soft. The fact theres storage in each piece is a bonus. Im glad I took a chance and ordered online. Oh-and I ordered it on Sunday and had all the pieces 4 days later. I dont think you can beat that these days!

The only minor defects we found upon assembly are from marks on at least 2 of the back pillows a seat. We did receive the replacements fairly quickly and customer service truly is a top priority for . Easy to assemble once you get a hang of it. We are amazed on how flexible and comfortable it is and cant wait to add a few more in the future. The luxury side of this sofa that makes it stand out among other expensive modular sofa is not just the storage but also the reclining feature which is by far, makes for a more comfortable feel than the cloud or any style, at least for me. Love the right amount of firmness and comfort, feels great on the skin and my kids really like the feel of it. We actually had a few ketchup smear stains because life happens when you have little ones and it wiped clean easily. My husband loves it so much so that it became a sofa bed for us which were hoping will hold up for many years given it isnt really mentioned as a sofa bed per say. Its a modular sofa with a real clean and not bulky configuration so perfect for our design staging business with design spacial versatility in mind. If it holds up well in a year, well definitely be considering adding these pieces to our inventory. Thanks for an amazing product and really hoping itll serve us for so many years to come.
