Beautiful queen size white metal canopy bed frame, works well with light gray canopy curtain panels

Ive been sleeping without a bed frame for a while now because the kids sometimes climb into bed with me, and I didnt want the bed to be too high in case they fall during the night. Theyre a little bit older now, so its time that I do something for myself to feel like a princess. I already have a canopy I bought a while ago in anticipation of one day getting a canopy bed, and particularly did not get one with the frail attachment to all the panels, meaning the canopy in square shape.  Tip: make sure you read the canopy dimensions carefully when trying to get a canopy thats fitting of this metal canopy bed frame. Most of the 4-corner post bed canopy curtains will not fit this canopy bed frame, despite being made for a queen size. This canopy bed frame measures (L*W*H) 83.64 x 59.84 x75.60, and most of the 4-corner post bed canopy curtains measure a bit smaller. So get separated panels instead for each corner to ensure it will fit. On that note, the main bed frame is sturdy, but the canopy rods are not as sturdy as I would like, and I do have a little fear of it falling over me during my sleep, but hopefully thats just irrational fear. With the curtains set up, this canopy bed frame looks beautiful. I got the white queen size canopy bed frame and light gray canopy curtain panels, which matches color-wise really well.

    Its comfortable but

The frame was easy to build but the rods that hold the mattress the way you install them doesnt stay too well. They dont screw in its plastic mold thats supposed to fit into two holes on each side of each rod but they barely fit. And the clips dont stay in and some of them broke when trying to force them in the holes for position. So the bars under my mattress shifts. Although it hasnt caused too much of a problem you can never be too sure of these things because one night it might just collapse in hopefully not. But thank you for the wonderful frame. Could use a little adjustments.

    Is ok for the price

Easy to assemble appears a little flimsy

Assembly frustrating, but good end results.

Looks good and so far seems sturdy. No squeaking yet but it has only been 2 weeks. Assembly was difficult as it is only pictures. Did have some defects such as a bar being squished so that a support leg would not fit (pictures). Made it work by screwing it together without the top supports so that the bar would bend back into place- then putting it together correctly. Also had “s” bars seem too long- needing to unscrew other areas to screw them in then reassemble.

Its possible to assemble on your own

Its possible to assemble on your own, but its NOT easy. This would be easier if you have someone to help you. Im 53 and 105lbs and somehow I did it on my own. It has a bad paint job and it does squeak. The middle piece does NOT screw in all the way. Maybe it was just the batch that I received but I have to leave the screws as shown in the photos.

Cool bed. You need two people.

I have had this bed for about two weeks now, and it has held up well thus far. I decided to treat myself after spending many years sleeping on a futon. While scrolling, I came across this bed, and one epic review thats under the two star column, which along with the lack of complaints about supports bending with this frame, helped me choose this one. *You need two people. The WHOLE time.* I received my bed in one very awkward to maneuver box. It takes two people to move. I feel very bad for the driver, and would have helped, but I had no idea that it had arrived. Yes it was dented, but all of the pieces inside were fine. I called a few friends, and then the magic happened.... I would say that between two and sometimes three of us, it took a while to assemble this bed. 3 hours. The instructions are actually pretty clear, and you get almost everything you need- bolts, screws, alan wrench. You will also need your own Phillips head screwdriver as well. You will also possibly need a hammer. We struggled most with some of the frame parts being hard to screw together, and we ended up bending them a little with a hammer. Its also easier to fully push in the gold end caps with light taps with a hammer. I also found it hard to screw the screws into the gold end caps. The holes lined up, but it took a lot of force to get them in. After much flipping and turning, the bed was together. I advise highly to take your time and pay really close attention to what letter pieces connect to where. Thats where we lost some time. To wrap this up, after hearing a scary crack the first night when I went to sleep, the bed has been relatively soundless. Most noise comes from the canopy part, but its not enough to wake me up; or feel unsafe. No, Im not engaging in adult nocturnal activities, but I would believe the bed would be much noisier if you did. Im currently using my two futon mattresses, and the frame is supporting them well. You do have space for under bed storage if you wish to use it. Overall I am pleased with my purchase.

    A little shaky.......

The box had some damage and one of the pieces had damage and we didnt notice until we came to the part and we werent going to take it apart to return the item.

    Beautiful, silent, long assembly.

It took us three hours to assemble, and the instructions had no words only pictures, they gave us extra screws and what not in the package. At first I was skeptical, but this bed doesnt squeak at all, the canopy bends, but as long as you arent sitting on the top part it should be fine, and you should makes sure that you have a nice thick mattress or you will feel the bed slats. Overall the bed is beautiful, metal yet silent, and sturdy enough that if you treat it with care it should last you a long time.

    The bed is beautiful

The bed is beautiful even after all the assembly issues. My baby girl insisted on having this specific bed so I ordered it naturally…. It arrived on time which is always a plus and nothing less than what I expected. When my husband and I were putting it together we noticed that two of the bars had off centered screw holes which made them impossible to utilize. We still managed to get the frame put together and found an alternate way to make sure that the bed was useable. My advice is inspect all rods that come with assembly before actually putting the bed together…. Hopefully then you can order a replacement and not have to be frustrated during assembly.

    Works

The bars was easy to put together after looking at other people’s pictures they posted on review. The connection for the corners/ post don’t stay. Make sure you tape the corners connecting the pole to the top bars.
