I ordered a set for my counter hoping I would like them so I could order 2 more sets for my counter height table. I received them faster then expected. They were very well packaged. Assembly is somewhat confusing but once you figure it out the second chair is easy. I got one put together when I noticed a crack on the back of the second chair. I emailed the company and they were quick to respond and requested pictures. The next day they shipped 2 more chairs to me. Those have been assembled and are great! I went to order another set but they are now out of stock. I really hope the grey comes back in stock so I can have matching chairs for my table! Good product for its value
The concept of assembly is easy. However, the holes from the seat and legs did not line up correctly and the rails that hold the legs together have gaps even after cranking the screw as tight as possible. It was a total hassle to assemble because of that. The black paint is also chipped in spots and the panel from below the chair is visible from all sides except the back which cheapens the appearance of the chair. I thought about returning the chairs but I paid 75 for delivery and did not want to pay return shipping.
Nice sturdy chair thats a bit difficult to put together. It would be easier if I didnt need to use an Allen wrench instead of a wrench. I gave it a
4 instead of a 5 because the finishes are not as described. The wood components are black, not espresso and the nail head is brass instead of bronze. Still works with my table since my marble has black in it, but if you have a dark brown table the legs wouldnt match.
I was on the hunt for traditional counter height stools that looked like nice furniture vs. A plain basic stool. These fit the bill perfectly and were exactly what I was looking for. The color and style was very true to the sellers description. The seat height is perfect to make you feel like you are seated at a table vs. high at a bar. Assembly was ok, but one of the front legs was a bit tough to get in, so I had to use a mallet, but eventually got it in. They are very comfortable and just the right depth, so they dont stick out too far from the counter and are not in the way. Very, very pleased. Only reason they are not 5 star is the slight difficult in assembly. Love the color and it was very comfortable
Bit of a hassle with assembling ordered 4 one support wood on the bottom totally broken in half contacted customer serve need to send pic so well see if they can accommodate my issue answered back fast I do love these stools very nice looks more expensive than they are I will update after I see their solution UPDATE. Aming customer service! Answered my e mails about the 1 brocken piece almost immediately I would absolutely buy from this company again the chairs are beautiful they were easy to put together once I got the gist if how it went i will say some advice the next day after assembling you should go back and tighten every thing again because as I tightened 1 bolt the other needed tightening again and so on bottom line great stools along with great customer service changes my overall assessment to 5 stars!

Love these chairs! Comfy cute. One thing to note. Legs are Black not Espresso. But you cant really tell unless you look for it.

Love these chairs its the perfect height. I would definitely recommend this barstools if your counter is 24 inch or higher.

Buyer Beware

Seats are very nice and firm. As far as assembly once you get the first one done the rest are easy.
