The product, for its price, is quite good, aesthetically very good. Easy to assemble, it does not take up much space, the fabric is good, the truth is that I have not given more stars because of the terrible customer service. I had ordered a set with a pouf and 2 chairs and the chairs never arrived. Requesting information, I have been attended by 4 different people in 4 different emails, 1 urging that I had received the chairs, another telling me that there was no more stock. etc. when after the cancellation of my order I have ordered again and I have Received the chairs without incident this second time. In summary. 5 stars for the product and 1 star for the company, which I have evaluated at 3 stars. Three Stars.
