It wont disappoint! The original chair was a little deformed on the cushion. I reached out and they sent me a new one. The new one is perfect and looks amazing in my sons nursery. I love the look and feel of this chair.

Just buy it!!! Looks beautiful in our nursery and suuuper easy assembly. I just love it! The back feels a bit spongy when sitting in it so hoping a lumbar pillow may help. If youre going for absolute comfort Id say shop around and actually sit in chairs at furniture stores. Following other reviews and getting material for the legs/feet of the chair as it slides around on hardwoods

I had an issue with my delivery, and Nelly resolved it with ease. As opposed to sending me a replacement rocker runner (just the one part) for the damaged one, I got a whole new rocking chair and was still offered to keep my original order - in other words, I got two rocking chairs for the price of one!
