we have had this bed a couple months and it only inflated to 10inches it is comfortable but kinda hard sometimes use good sheets because this mattress makes you hot..overall an ok mattress but I feel got since we got a 10 inch mattress instead of 12
Good price, size was a little wide and the description of this product did not life anything about the firmness and it is very hard. We had to put a memory form pad on top of it.
The mattress is not terrible. It expanded the entire 12 within 24 hours. The smell dissipated after 48 hours. I do find the bed to be much firmer than advertised. For the reviews that say this mattress is soft or plush, Im afraid to know what they consider firm. I had switched to this bed from another firm mattress hoping it would help my pain. It has not. Probably going to order a mattress topper on hopes to get some relief.
Would not recommend buying a mattress online without trying it. Mattress ended up being way more firm that I thought from reviews and product description.
The mattress is okay, is nice and firm. The problem is, the covering is loose and bunches up as I move about in the bed. I expected the covering to be tighter and not move. Also, the mattress is only 10 3/4 inches thick, info states 12 inches, nope.
Have had the mattress since September 2019. Worst mattress I’ve ever owned.
If you have rental properties or a guest room it would be ok for that otherwise go buy a different mattress
Id say the firmness of this bed is about medium to medium-soft. It came in great condition and did all the things beds are supposed to do. I do notice temporary depressions if I stay in one spot too long.
Good:
- Bed was clean, sealed well in the plastic within the box
- Despite having to wait two weeks to unbox it, it still expanded to the full size (or very close) within 24-36 hours
- Bed feels like a sturdy cloud (this is also, apparently, a Bad for me)
-I typically fall asleep on my side and I do not feel any pressure points on my hips. Bed conforms to body but you dont get eaten alive by the memory foam.
Bad:
- Ow, ow, ow.
To add some context, I spent the month prior to getting my bed sleeping on an air mattress for two weeks and then sleeping on a very old couch (whose cushions would slide off and Id be against wooden slats at weird angles) for two weeks. I think I got a more restful sleep on those. Ive only been using the bed for about two weeks now, so maybe my body will adjust and it wont hurt as much. Ive always boasted that I can sleep comfortably anywhere; I could sleep on a rock...but for whatever reason, this hurts my back majorly.
The best conclusion that I can come to, is that I sink into the memory foam too much and my back muscles clench through the night, causing me to be stiff and sore.
Neutral:
- Get help for moving. I managed to wobble and carry this around and unpack it by myself, but like any other mattress -- its easier with someone to help you.
- There is quite a bit of give if you sit on the edge of the bed. More so than youd experience in a spring mattress. You will slowly sink into a spot the longer you stay in it. Not in a oh-no-I-cant-get-up way, though.
- Did not notice any smell that is sometimes associated with bed-in-a-box memory foam beds

Not soft. You are warned.

Lost its shape sooner than I expected.
