Did not come with clear instructions. Nothing was marked with numbers like the pictures indicated. Took me all day and night to figure out. Very sturdy and durable
Shipped in 3 separate boxes. UPS delayed my drop off twice. The note claimed signature required, but their rep said the driver was mistaken. It still took an additional 4 calendar days to be dropped off. And they didnt get my signature at drop off, so the inconvenience was for nothing. One box arrived torn and open. The hardware and instructions were missing. I suspect theyre sliding around the back of the UPS truck. I had to contact manufacturer for replacement parts. It was resolved without hassle. The bed took hours to assemble bc the parts werent labeled as the manual said. It ended up being a solid good quality bed, but it certainly was more hassle than it should have been. Perfect for us
This bed was a nightmare to put together. The tool they give you is tiny and eventually stop working. The tool key they give you is printed in black and white and some of the tools look alike. But my girls love it. But other than that its nice
This is advertised as a guarantee delivery but u.p.s literally drove all around town pass my house and didnt deliver so my children had to sleep on mattresses. Because I was thinking the guarentee would be up I got rid of our old bunks and now I wish I hadnt. I wanted to love these for my girls but I now know better to not depend on a guarantee delivery. so you get what you pay for.

Three boys under the age of ten! They needed more space and a sturdy bunk. This definitely fits our needs. Product was just as descriproduct

Some of the bolts get stripped easy if youre not careful but otherwise its a great bed. Well made. Good price.
