Tables look aming. Took a while to figure out how to get these installed. Dont tighten the screws until everything is set up correctly. They did not include enough washers. Had to go to Rona to buy some. Otherwise 5 stars. Also follow instructions. All screws go in the way described. After the first one is done the others are much easier.
It was a little tricky at first to figure the assembly out, but went smoothly after that. The tables look nice and give a lighter feeling to the room over the wood furniture previously in there. I had my eye in this set for a long time and got them on a deal. Satisfied with price,quality, and look.
Purchased this table set based on the unique modern design, the Furniture reputation, and the neutral tones matching my color scheme.
The tables are laminated, medium density fiberboard (MDF), with brass/gold metal supports and bases. Personally, I think the faux stone laminate was a little much and can come across a somewhat cheap looking, but the colors matched my living room. The overall construction is sound and the laminate table tops should be fairly durable.
The assembly is straightforward but PAY ATTENTION TO THE DIRECTIONS and take your time. The crossbars on the bases have specific positions; I had to disassemble a base to correct my rushed assembly and mistake.
My coffee table was damaged during shipping included photo (chipped edge), but the damage was nominal and the return process didnt seem worth the time.
While Im satisfied with the purchase; I think the table set is expensive for a set of MDF tables. Unless you absolutely need a matching set or love the faux stone look, Id suggest shopping around for a better deal.

BUT the coffee table was by far the most difficult thing I can remember EVER trying to assemble. The instructions that came with these tables were about like trying to understand hieroglyphics. So theres that. There are no tips/cues/pointers, but for the most part they were right on point. It was just REALLY hard to put together. The end tables were a breeze; not sure if that was due to experience fueled by delayed accomplishment or if they were the original design and they decided to throw a coffee table into the mix. Overall, great quality and I would purchase again, but I wouldve paid extra for assembly. My advice would be to assemble the end tables first so you have those going for you when you go to wrestle with the coffee table. Also: have an extra set of hands and DO NOT tighten the screws until everything is in place. I feel like thats standard practice but its almost critical in this case.
The side tables are too big for my opinion. The corners are so sharp they will rip of the skin of your hand if you accidentally hit your hand on the table.

End tables wobbly on carpet
Coffee table is decent, but the end tables do not do well on carpet. Very wobbly.
Not easy to assemble
Its fine and classy and kids friendly easy to clean, fashionable . But its so frustrating to assemble it , it needs 2 people to do it

The side tables are too big for my opinion. The corners are so sharp they will rip of the skin of your hand if you accidentally hit your hand on the table.
