Ive been searching for weeks online and in brick/and/mortar stores trying to find a chair that would be a perfect fit for someone who sits cross/legged all day (but also has a nice tall backrest). That isnt made from cold leather/pleather.
This was the only thing on that ticked all the boxes: Low and unobtrusive arm rests (in fact, they help keep the knees from hyperextending); can recline the back; fabrics not too scratchy; seat is nice and wide (about 20 inches).
It was a massive pain to assemble, and it looks like something the 70s would reject (a darker shade of gray, or black, could fix that). But it IS very comfortable, and feels sturdy.
If you value function over form, its a good investment.
My cat is going to destroy this thing. Buying another !
I needed a new chair for my desk, and wanted one with more pillowy support for my back and legs since my classes are virtual. We often have to sit in lecture for 4+ hours, and with studying/doing homework I find myself at my desk for hours at a time as well. The chair came earlier then the expected shipping date, which was surprising to me. My boyfriend assembled it, and it took him less than an hour. The color is as shown in display, and it has a nice suede/velour feel to it. Its so comfortable, and with having a bad back I was afraid that this chair wouldnt be as comfy as it looked— but I was proven wrong! It glides well on carpet too, and is height adjustable which is great for my long legs. SO worth the money. easy assemble, exactly as expected, space saver.
This chair is beautiful and comfortable, the design is perfect, the material is also perfect, so I recommend it to you. Well made, easy to assemble and useful.
Beautiful! Super easy 4 steps to put together! Literally took out box, and 1,2,3,4 done! If I can do it anybody can lol! Daughter put together in 5 minutes! Smaller than I expected.

Ugly as sin, but great for sitting cross/legged
