I was searching for a shelf that would fit in with my Rustic/ Farmhouse look and would work as a stand for my 20 gallon fish tank. The look of this was perfect and I instantly fell in love with it. I looked at the description and way too many reviews to try and find the maximum weight that the top shelf could handle with no such luck. So I decided to try it anyways. I assembled it and it seemed very sturdy. I put the fish tank on top right in the center and filled it up with water. I tested the sturdiness again and it would move a little bit but not enough to cause concern. I liked the thought of the drawer so I could put the fish food and filters in it, however, when I went to open the drawer it would not open. I noticed the top was bowing from the weight of the fish tank. So I moved the fish tank to the left side of it, all the way against the side of it. The drawer now opens now but just disappointed that I couldnt center the fish tank. Awesome piece of product
Please check the measurements before you buy. I just guesstimated without using a phone ape measure before I ordered. Its quite smaller than the pics show. Although its a good solid piece of furniture assembled, I actually needed something larger. I dressed it up with larger pieces to give it height, and detract from the fact that it is smaller than I expected. I still love it and have gotten over my mistake, but please measure first before you buy. It would suck to assemble this thing and then have to ship it back for being the wrong size. I would definitely buy again.
I loved my Console Tableits is heavy duty and durable. Its beautiful its high quality. The perfect size not too big or too small. My husband put it together fairly easily in very little time. so beautiful and wonderful
I LOVED this table and knew I had to have it! I had fun building it, and of course enjoyed painting it a chalked blush pink! Its absolutely gorgeous and I get tons of compliments on it in my guest room! Quality seems to be good so far

Directions could use a little more direction but overall a great piece. Good value and cute color.
