This bed is tall! If you have one of those rooms when the vents going along one side of the ceiling, itll be tight. My son hit his forehead on it last night. He wasnt hurt, he just cant sit all the way up on that side of the bed.
It was pretty easy to set up. It took probably 5 hours to set up between my dad and I.
The ladder up to the bed hurts. We cut pool noodles and wrapped them around and held them down with cable ties. Its kind of hard getting down because the ladder just goes straight down, so if you have a younger child be mindful of that. Value for money.
This bed is GREAT. Easy to assemble my son and I did it in about 2.5 hours. The only problem is its a little wobbly I dont believe it will fall apart. It really opened up a lot of floor space the desk is great and there is a lot of support for the mattress Great!
The Only reason Im giving this 4 stars is because it is kind of wobbly but it looks great it gives my daughter a lot more space in her Room and she loved it and honestly I do too except for the fact that its Wobbly. I honestly dont see this frame lasting too long hopefully I can get more than a year out of it. Good quality.
I bought this bed for my 8 year old son and he loves it. The box that the bed comes in is very heavy so you might need two people to carry it inside. It came with all the pieces and tools needed to assemble the bed. I would recommend laying out all of the pieces first, they are labeled by letter, and make sure that all of the pieces are there before you start assembling the bed. All of the pieces were there for me, but just in case, check before you start. Most of the bed can be assembled with only one person but I needed someone to help me with a few parts of the assembly. The bed is huge once done and very tall. But theres so much room in the desk area so we love it! works great.
All the pieces came packed super secure. Nothing damaged and everything aligned perfectly. Im 54 and 115 pounds and bought for myself to save some space in a small apartment. Was able to put together easily by myself in just a few hours. Instructions are easy to follow and everything you need is labeled and included. They even throw in some extras just in case.
When on the bed it does shake a bit, but it seems sturdy enough. Love the desk space. My daughter love it!!!
My 18 year old daughter put it all together by herself and her art desk fit under it perfectly along with her computer chair and she loves it!!! It is great when you have a small room and need more space!!! Good deal and was easy to put together.
When I first opened the box I was nervous because there were a ton of pieces. They could have done a better job marking them but overall its a great bed, it took 2 people an hour to assemble. My child loves the long desk and there is plenty of space to play underneath. Its sturdy. I love it space saver I am back to buy another one.

This item looks just as in the picture. It is perfect for a small room.
I purchased as a gift for my 13 year old grandson who is 58 and is about 180 lbs. He seems to sleep comfortably in it. Expected.
