The product works perfectly for what I needed, and its not hard to assemble, But expect things not to fit perfectly, which is the case with many Chinese products such as this Functional.
Overall the shelf is high quality and reasonably priced and looks exactly as advertised. We had a small problem with an incorrect part in the box where part B was a mislabeled part C. The customer service worked over the Christmas/New Years holiday to resolve our issue but also checked in with us to ensure that everything was resolved. Although we had a small glitch with the wrong part (mistakes happen), customer service quickly resolved the problem.
My husband said this was easy instructions and everything came together as he expected. No surprises!! The only negative is he put it up on Saturday and three days later the smell is really strong. We love it! Does its job!.
