This was easy to put together and a really great value for the price. 2 people to assemble is best, but you really could do it alone in a pinch. We used an 8 inch mattress for the top and a 6 inch mattress for the trundle.

I really liked how this was packaged. All the hardware was numbered and the nuts and bolts were packaged with corresponding numbers. It was so easy to put together! Everything we needed was there. It seems like a very sturdy item that would last for years. Also there were small touches it was great PR for the company. Very nice
