I order the gray. It arrived at my door in one large box that was easy to carry up a flight of stairs with two people. Looks very nice for a cheaper sofa. I put it together all by myself, so its not too complicated. Once I sat down I realized its not too comfy but itll serve its purpose.
So far, love it! Beautiful and perfect for a smaller room. Upgraded a playroom into a smaller family room. Reading some of the reviews has me wondering where it will be in a few months (especially with kids), but well see. After assembling and seeing it for myself, Im hopeful itll hold up well. I wanted a black couch, for a similar price, but couldnt find one, the charcoal gray color is actually perfect for the room. Would recommend.
I am pretty much happy with the purchase. I was worried about comfort, but it is comfortable enough if that was not a primary concern. I wouldnt recommend sleeping on it for too many nights, however.
The setup was pretty easy and it only took me around an hour. I had to tighten the screws for the legs a little while after putting it together. That may be because I didnt screw them tight enough the first time though.

I suppose that would be the only downfall, its a little too sturdy, I believe it was compared to those chairs in lobbies that you dont actually sit on, like doctors offices or apartment vestibules by one of the first butts to sit on it around my house. Thats facts, its hard, but hey, better than wobbly or uneven? Fluffy blankets or pillows? Over all, satisfied! Well worth the money, I figured it would be a big piece of crap, pleasantly surprised!

I was very pleasantly surprised by how well this piece was packaged. It was extremely easy to assemble. Its a good quality for the price. Its a firm seat but I like it. Super easy to extend into a full bed. Works perfect in my kids playroom.

The only issue I had was I didnt get the assembly and I had a hard time getting it together. You definitely need 2 people !! Great so far for the price
I bought this futon for our first apartment and it is perfect. Its easy to put together and to move when changing placement and the style makes the room look bigger while still being a focal point.
