Very uncomfortable to lay on. Dont recommend it. Its in no way worth 200+. If I could send it back I would. Unfortunately its to big for me to carry myself down the stairs of my building.
I really wanted to like this but in all honesty, it looks cheap. The material looks like a faux denim (I got the blue one) and the stitching is single/stitch. This means that this couch will last one, maybe two years tops. There are no support legs for the futon portion to come down, so dont lay on that side or else the couch tips over. While I have no issues with the firmness of the couch (I actually prefer firm), it is the armrests that make me give it such a low score. Also, the couch back HAS to face a wall because it looks how many times can I say cheap? This really impedes the only good thing about it being a futon. So now we have to move the whole couch away from the wall to even use this feature. I would have to say the only thing I actually like about this couch is the legs. They are sturdy and a great color! We bought it because it was cheap (240), but I would just buy a better quality couch next time and safe the heartbreak.
This couch is just lovely! The packaging was clever and efficient. Set up was easy, but time consuming maybe an hour. Its firm, not plush. The back is a bit more plush than the seat, so when laying down as a futon, that side is more comfortable. You can tell its not the best quality, but I am surprised at how nice it is for the price. The fabric is soft, not scratchy and it looks expensive like a linen. The color variation in the weave adds a nice depth to the fabric. My only complaint is about the two legs that fold out from the seat back, which when folded down into the futon, hold the bed off the floor. They are just plastic pipes and really should be a sturdier material. I noticed on the directions that they offer replacement parts for this piece. If this were my only couch, I would need a lot of plush pillows and soft blankets to really make it comfy, but this is a second couch for me and I kind of like the firmness of it. So far it has held up okay to my babies drool and my toddlers jumping and climbing. I have always wanted a similar looking couch from but couldnt afford it. And, their couches are also very firm and the fabric is cheap looking and pills. This couch is way nicer than the ones imo.
Its a beautiful stylish couch for a good price. Seems well made, albeit a bit hard if you sit on the edge. The cushion isnt super thick but its probably the best couch you can get for the price snd the looks

Okay, let me say I searched forever for a coach and finally purchased this one. We just remodeled our living room, and the furniture definitely needed a revamp to match. I wanted something cheap since we just spent so much on the remodel and I settled on this couch. I liked that it is a futon and can change angles of how you are sitting. I could have bought something cheaper, but couldnt find anything as stylish for a cheaper price. I was scared to order a yellow couch but I am IN LOVE WITH IT. its not a bad, bright yellow. Is a very mustard yellow and its a nice pop, but not enough to take away from the rest of the living room.
I have three cats, and have been very worried they would scratch it. So far so good!!! I havent caught them scratching yet, and if they have I dont see any flaws in the couch. The material is very nice in the way it does not collect cat hair or dirt, if theres anything on it you can just brush it off. My fat boi loves this couch!!! He sleeps on it all the time and so do the other babies. I did buy some furniture protector sheets but have yet to install them.
Assembly was super easy. Im a small woman and I did it by myself, though having someone to help would make the process even faster. I did have to have help flipping it over though! I suggest two people but in theory everything could be done by one person. Basically all you have to do is install the arms and the legs and you are done. All the pieces came with it packaged all together and came with the tools needed, but I do suggest using a ratchet to tighten the arms! Just worked so much better! Only took maybe 30 minutes to put together.
Also it comes with felt pads on the legs so you dont have to worry about scratching your floor!!!
As for comfort, its a pretty stiff couch. Its still new, so I assume it will soften over time. I dont mind it, but if you want something extra cushy you might look for something different.
I also wouldnt say its for small spaces necessarily. This is actually longer than my other couch by a few inches. Its no problem for me, but I wouldnt consider it small.
Overall, Im super glad I picked this couch. Simple, modern, good looking couch for a good price! I definitely recommend!
I ordered this sofa in Navy for our new Air BB in Nashville. The box sat unopened since October while we renovated the apartment. Last week, we put the sofa together and it looks good. Seems cheaply built (a level below ), but for the price, its a nice mid/century design (thus the 2 stars).
To try out the new apartment, I had my daughter and her friends for a sleepover there. We put the sofa bed down and two 12 year old girls slept on it and watched Elf. (Mellow, no jumping or wrestling). When I put it back into a couch the next morning, I noticed that the fabric on the back was coming un/stapled. So, after ONE use this sofa is falling apart. Now its too late to return it, and Im guessing this thing isnt going to last six months. We re/stapled the fabric but Im not optimistic, especially if an adult sleeps on it.
I wish Id spent a little more and got a sofa that wouldnt need to be replaced so soon. Bummer.

The sofa came in defective condition . There is evident gap between two halves of the sofa and is uncomfortable and ugly

Falling apart after one use! Dont buy this sofa.
