Pictures shortly after opening the box. You can clearly see rust on first picture, have to look closer and will see rust on second picture. Third picture of slight damage.
Also, why in the heck is there separate key locks for top and bottom? They couldn’t have the same key used for both?
I am disappointed in the quality and its not worth the time and hassle to do a return to only order something else.
These defects doesn’t prevent me from using but I was hoping for more.
I bought this toolbox for my husband because he needed a small box to keep tools in close in the area to where he is working on a special project. The toolbox arrived very damaged. I notified the company of the damaged box. The company replace the box with no problem. This is a great company to do business with. Also love the color of the box
I purchased this tool chest for my garage tools and it fits my needs perfectly. On the smaller side but thats exactly what I needed. Arrived undamaged and assembly was supper easy. The hardest part was removing the Made in China sticker. I purchased and installed a folding side shelf (https://www..com/gp/product/B000X1RGO4/refppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ieUTF8andpsc1) that was slightly wider than the chest but works fine. My only complaint is there is no way to lock the 2 drawers in the lower chest unit.
Overall, Im very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend for a home tool storage chest.
