Its simple not too big not too small (needed a chair A little higher in the seat than others) its sturdy for every day use, ( though I wouldnt want to stand on it !). I think its perfect cant beat the price .would buy again
Pretty desk! Really not that hard to put together. But came with scratches on it. Not happy with the condition. Keeping it because I dont want to disassemble it.
This writers desk is soooo awesome and it fits in my bedroom perfect.just downsized and needed a smaller profile desk for my office (I work from ) also I wanted something to match my aesthetic for my decor and room design (transitional glam artsy design style) and perfectmy husband had her all put together in about 40 minutes while watching TV and took a break to make himself a sandwich!! It even has a phone charger.trust me it comes in handy, its big enough to hold my computerwith a large screen monitor, mouse, keyboard and printer(see pics) also it has draws for storage. Overall very very happy. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because it has a very strong odor, it has faded some over the last 2 weeks but when I open the drawers I smell it all over again I even have to crack my window to get fresh air while working.not good, I wiped out the draws and sprayed several timesodor still there.
Still deciding if its worth it or not. The desk came with a decent sized gash in it, in a location that leads me to believe it wasnt due to shipping. Im contemplating whether its worth it to send it back and get a new one or not. Aside from the gash, i love the design of the desk. And the wireless charging area is a bonus.
Im going to give this little desk 5 stars for exactly what it is, an inexpensive piece that looks good and gets the job done. I ordered the desk on a Saturday night and it was delivered the following Wednesday. The desk arrived with zero damage. Every part in the box was labeled and the directions were pretty simple to follow. I took my time so it took me a little over an hour to put the desk together. Yes, it is particle board but again, considering the low cost of just over a hundred bucks, Im okay with that and I expected that. Also, I am using it for a vanity/make up table so its not like it will be rough/housed. It should last for a couple of years and Ill be able to get my moneys worth. Overall happy with his stylish, little desk!
This desk is beautiful once put together. As other reviews mentioned, its a bit wobbly but not bad and it was easily fixed with some furniture pads underneath certain parts of the legs. I bought this for my husband and it does a nice job of tying in the gold in our bedroom without being too feminine for him (the gold legs are more matte than the photos suggest). It looks like a much pricier piece of furniture than it was and, after daily use the last several months, its held up very well. The wireless phone charger works perfectly and is a great bonus you dont find often.
I had to spray paint the legs since the golden legs are actually caramel color matt looking.the drawers are made of cheap material .not very sturdy but i love how it looks so bought it.it looks as beautiful as is in picture.
